This role is primarily responsible for support for Prisma’s e-commerce customer base and Web-to-Print business. Primary Duties
- Answer customer calls, emails, and live chat as the first line of support for our customers.
- Track calls and emails for customer history and reporting
- Work between internal systems to look up orders
- Perform minor Dokshop product and site updates
- Work and update various online customer project management systems
- Work with Print Production, Site Developers, and Account Managers in researching answers to customer questions
- Ensure consistent and accurate information is communicated

- Able to interpret information quickly and react to situations
- Impeccable at follow-through and a clear, concise communicator
- Self-motivated, but also highly collaborative

You Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in delivering top notch customer service
- Experience working in MS Office applications and MS Outlook
- Previous experience in the print industry preferred
- Must be comfortable with new technologies
- Experience working in MS Office applications and MS Outlook
- Familiar with Google Sheets preferred
