We are seeking a full-time Customer Care representative to join our growing Corporate Team at our Mukwonago, WI, office.
A Customer Care representative supports L’BRI Customers and Independent Consultants with all aspects of L’BRI by providing product and service information and resolving any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails throughout the day
- Placing customer orders
- Providing support on L’BRI products, Host rewards program, Consultants sales commission, incentive programs, the L’BRI Profit Plan, and more
- Troubleshoot and resolve product/system issues and concerns
- Document and update records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Possibility to participate in different corporate events throughout the year
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and Customer Care skills
- Robust computer skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday 8:20 am- 4:30 pm
