What You'll Do
- Provide prompt, accurate, and personalized assistance to Restream users through live chat, email, and social media
- Resolve customer issues by developing expertise in relevant product areas and utilizing your basic programming knowledge to troubleshoot a diverse range of technical concerns
- Identify and communicate individual customer trends and suggest process improvements by collaborating with the team
- Participate in experimentation efforts aimed at driving meaningful improvements to the customer experience, contributing to the ongoing learning and success of the team
- Act as an advocate for Restream, sharing product knowledge with customers to enhance overall awareness of live-streaming
What We Look For
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Support experiences
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English (additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)
- Experience using Help Desk platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
- Basic experience with any general-purpose programming language
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a sense of accountability
- Availability to work assigned shift rotations as needed
- Familiarity with LIVE streaming and/or experience working with content creators
- An active user of Github will be a plus
