We are currently offering positions for individuals who are driven, enthusiastic, and committed to helping others while generating sales opportunities. Taking the role of Customer Service Sales Representatives you will assist us in managing our stores in the greater Youngstown area.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding the most suitable product for their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional guidance. In addition to ongoing leadership training, you will benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance both your personal and company objectives. Candidates who possess strong and effective communication skills, capable of making customers feel at ease, will distinguish themselves.
Role responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate product feature and pricing information
- Give knowledgeable answers to customers questions
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Inform customers of discounts and special offers
- Coordinate with team to provide exceptional customer service
- Working closely with management contributing innovative concepts to enhance sales
What we're looking for:
- Reliability
- Previous work experience in customer service role preferred
- Understanding of team work
- Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast paced environments
- Schedule flexibility
- 18+ required by law
