Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of rehabilitation settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs.
- Work independently to plan and implement treatment programs for individual patients and group programs.
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to Occupational Therapy students, interns, and other therapists.
- Assist in the preparation and supervision of clinical training experiences for students/interns.
- Adapt and modify treatment plans to meet the needs of patients with complex disorders.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and two years of experience, or a master's degree or higher in occupational therapy.
- Full, current, and unrestricted state license to practice occupational therapy.
- Current NBCOT certification as an OT.
