Salary Range: $70,000 to $108,000 annually + Monthly Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

We currently have an opening for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Renton just outside of Seattle, WA. We are an outpatient clinic providing a wide range of services, including post-operative, neck & spine rehabilitation, and hand therapy. We are looking for a therapist who has experience in upper extremities (hands, wrists, elbows, and arms). CHT certification is not required but preferred. We offer individualized mentorship and development for those interested in becoming a certified hand therapist.

Position Summary:
- Provide Occupational Therapy evaluation and treatment to patients
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
- Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
- Provide rehabilitation therapies for hands, wrists, elbows, and arms
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum approved by the licensing board.
- Experience in hand therapy/upper extremity highly preferred
- Current State licensure for the practice of occupational therapy.
