SalaryOverview:
Oil and Propane Delivery/Tank Company for a Full Time position with possibility of a flexible schedule. Potential to have summers off.
Seeking a person with very good customer service and organization skills. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction along with helping run an office including administrative support. Have excellent communication and phone sales skills.
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues or complaints promptly and effectively
-Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status
-Ability to convince customers to become an account of ours
-Process orders accurately and efficiently using our computerized system
-Manage scheduling for deliveries and drivers
-Enter data into our computer system-input new accounts, charge cards, input customer notes etc.
Experience:
-Experience with Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
