Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Provide information and answer questions about products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus
- Experience with upselling or sales techniques is beneficial
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
