Duties:
- Enter data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort, organize and file documents after entering data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information - Answer incoming calls
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Data Entry and management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative systems and databases
- Previous experience in answering phones
