Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain standards of health and safety and follow safety guidelines as outlined by OSHA
• Perform order entry
• Prepare invoices for return freight
• Calculate and Issue credit invoices as part of the returns processing
• Create and maintain customer contracts
• Fulfill order substitution requests
• Maintain back order log
• Ensure new material injections are approved
• File all order documentation in internal database; may include VPN and/or Microsoft Teams
• Maintain basic knowledge of formwork, accessories, and hardware
• Maintain an excellent level of communication with all departments
• Arrange outbound and return trucks and LTLs as needed
• Collaborates with Sales Representatives to issue unite prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, shipment tracing, and any additional information needed by customer
• Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Basic MEVA product knowledge
• Ability to work well with all team levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer use and experience with Microsoft Programs
• Ability to maintain organized processes and timely paperwork completion
• Ability to analyze information and provide solutions
