SalaryAdecco is hiring immediately for Experienced Customer Service Representatives at a local Supply Chain Company in Tacoma, WA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing exceptional Customer Service while representing our company in a professional and courteous manner. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers both in-person and via phone with their needs. This position requires flexibility, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills; adept at MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience working smart phones and multi-line systems.
Ability to remain calm and provide excellent Customer Service.
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and in-person support efficiently.
Ability to sit, stoop, bend, stand, and walk through a warehouse/shipping zone for 6-8 hours a day

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
