Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls to branch
• Provide Customer Service via telephone, email and computer chat
• Assist customers with order placement and tracking
• Update and maintain customer information records

• Fluent in English and Spanish verbal and written communication
• 1 year of Customer Service
• Intermediate computer skill in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
