In this full-time, temporary to hire Customer Service Representative role you will be managing customer accounts, generating quotes, verifying inventory, and performing data entry in their ERP system.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Manage customer accounts
- Develop customer relationships
- Generate and submit quotes
- Verify pricing, inventory availability, and delivery dates
- Process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices in ERP system
Pay: $24-$26
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business or communications
- 3+ years of experience in job costing, account management, Customer Service or aerospace
- Experience using an ERP system (Pentagon 2000SQL a plus!)
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite
