Description:
• Provide first call resolution by responding accurately and courteously to member and provider inquiries regarding benefit interpretation, eligibility, accessing care through plan providers and other related issues under insurance plans.
• Document inquiries, complaints, and other data in computer database in an accurate, clear, and timely manner.
• Meet attendance and call quality standards.
• Perform all functions of the job with accuracy, attention to detail and within established timeframes.

Must Have:
2 years of call center Experience (can be retail but prefer call center or health care related)
Healthcare experience
Nice to Have:
Call Center healthcare experience (claims processing, insurance verification, talking to members and providers)
Disqualifiers: not being in WA State
Performance Metrics:
Call volume: 30 phone calls per rep per day on an average, 1200 – 1500 as a team

First Day Expectations:
They will receive equipment the week before they start - they will receive a monitor, laptop, headset, mouse. Should also receive login information for computer and email.
