By utilizing rapport-building techniques and superb communication skills, this role will work to solve clients’ problems effectively and efficiently by:
- Provide outstanding inbound service (Phone Support and Documentation).
- Work to support the Account Executive by processing service-related tasks.
- Bring a positive attitude and efficient work ethic.
- Prior Customer Service in the medical field or insurance is required.
We provide coaching and utilize technology to support the role.

- Hourly Rate Range of $16.50 to $20.00, depending on experience
