Emerald Search Partners is assisting a busy Legal Administration firm in their search to add Call Center Representatives and Email Agents to their downtown Seattle team. These are long-term temporary assignments with the potential to be converted to direct hire roles! Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Interacting with claimants over the phone in a professional manner
• Maintaining and modifying reports in Excel
• Collaborating with team members
• Responding to emails and transcribing voicemails
Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
