A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - RECEPTIONIST
In this entry-level administrative position, you play a vital role in our company. Every day, you arrive at the office ready to tackle a variety of important tasks, including communicating with customers and scheduling services. You easily build rapport with customers, interacting with them via phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person conversations.
When you speak to a customer, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you identify and resolve any customer issues.
