Maintains overall satisfaction of internal and external customers. Communicate with customers and contract carriers, schedule delivery appointments, coordinate with other locations, and resolve delivery issues. Secondary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, working with the team on process improvement.
Job Functions
- Answer emails and phone calls on delivery delays and issues; resolve, communicate and follow up with customers on delays and issues
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments; load tracking and tracing on deliveries
- Communicate internally and externally on delivery orders, appointments and issues; maintain relationships with contract carriers and other BGI locations
- Review orders and loads before delivery; are accounted for and delivered
- Responsible for coordinating OS&D and claims issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with (MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook or Google)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 yrs CSR experience
- 1 yr transportation experience

- Excellent time managements skills, able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
