Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Typical Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Travel: up to 80% of your time is spent at customer offices in the Houston area depending on needs

Field Technician Responsibilities
• Manage Windows-based networks and Servers
• Configure firewalls
• Resolve desktop issues for users (email, printing, scanning, and other office-related software)
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as their technical advisor
• Work with ticketing software to track projects
• Learn new technologies as needed
• Travel locally to customer locations as needed – 80% of the time
Field Technician Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience with Help Desk issues required
• 3+ years of experience managing Windows-based networks required
• 2+ years of experience configuring firewalls required
• 2+ years of Windows server experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
