We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional Customer Service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Assist customers with product selection and ordering.
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
