Compensation:$18 - 20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Resident and Landlord needs.
- On-site property visits to ensure homes are being maintained.
- Exude impeccable follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize company charity events.
- Promote management company on social media.
- Respond to Resident and Landlord inquiries promptly and professionally. Must be detail-oriented to manage large influx of emails.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare and audit property management agreements and leases.
- Assist with the leasing process, including advertising and processing applications.
- Collaborate with the property management team to optimize property performance. Visionary is a must but more importantly, implementation.
- Other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
