Customer Service Representative (Fluent English/Spoken Russian)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and vendors. This role involves answering phones, interacting with customers and vendors, handling order entry and verification, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved. While industry experience is preferred, it is not required for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, excellent multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a full-time position requiring in-person work five days a week at our office in Montville, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service via phone and email
• Interact with vendors and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Accurately enter and verify orders in our system
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Spoken Russian language skills are helpful
• Comfortable using computers and various software applications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required
