The Position:

Lead Client Service Representative- Union Location, under new management! Come be a part of a growing team that values compassion, collaboration, and community!

REPORTS TO: Practice Manager

Summary: Our Lead CSR supports our efforts in providing the highest quality primary veterinary care to our patients. As the front line of communication between our clients and providers, our CSRs help to promote the practice by maintaining a client-oriented and professional work environment. The Lead CSR will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of daily operations of the CSR team
  • Ensure professionalism of the CSR team at all times
  • Create and maintain protocols to support client service functions
  • CSR team training
  • Assist the Practice Manager in the hiring process for CSR team
  • Assist the Practice Manager in supervision of the CSR team
  • Create CSR team schedule to ensure appropriate coverage for excellent client care
  • Maintain office supplies for the hospital
  • Daily reconciliation of payments received
  • Complete all other tasks assigned

The ideal candidate requires:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Above and beyond Customer Service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to deal with fast paced and stressful situations
  • Comfort with and knowledge of computer and internet skills as well as veterinary terms/procedures
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • The ability to motivate and lead others

A candidate who is bilingual is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
