Regional law firm seeks a bilingual and experienced Customer Services representative.
Candidate must have prior experience in a call center or high volume of calls. Debt collection experience a bonus. The job requires the following skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail in documenting call notes
- Ability to follow call scripts on a recorded line
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
