Salary- At least one year Veterinary Receptionist experience required.

- Full Time Position is Monday - Friday work week with some evening hours.
- Part Time Position is 2-3 days per week (Monday - Friday only) with some evening hours.
- Identify potential emergencies in person, and over the phone, and schedule those appointments appropriately.
- Organize and process all payments
- Coordinate and schedule appointments; provide clients with appointment reminders and any special instructions.
- Respond to client emails; type and edit a variety of correspondence, and process faxes.
- Should be familiar with retail products, medications, vaccinations, routine testing, and heartworm and flea preventatives and be able to confidently discuss with clients
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
