We are looking for a candidate with an optimistic attitude and an innate capacity for building relationships to replace the current Customer Service Representative that is transitioning into a Senior Management role. The Customer Service Representative will focus profoundly on maintaining a positive rapport with our clients, in conjunction with our consumer outreach projects developed and executed under the direction of our CEO and our supporting Customer Service Representative team.
The core function of the Customer Service Representative is to meet directly with prospective clients and provide customer support, field customer inquiries, provide product suggestions, and process orders. Our Customer Service Representative will work closely with our award-winning management staff to complete training. With thorough and extensive guidance, each Customer Service Representative should thrive independently, and in a team environment once training has been completed. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is confident in communicating and proposing new ideas to aid in the institution of new customer-centric campaigns.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact and face of the company when engaging with consumers to discuss current products and services
- Communicate innovative ideas and solutions to drive revenue through increased customer engagement
- Conduct market and territory research to better understand customers and extend company outreach
- Excellent negotiation and closing techniques to secure new business
- Work efficiently alone and with a team to meet individual and company-wide sales quotas
- Monitor and track campaign success from beginning stages of development to execution
- Represent our client and brand with professionalism and integrity consistently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or a degree in progress preferred
- One year of client-facing, Customer Service experience would be an asset in this role
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve efficiently
- Unwavering professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to various markets and situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Montclair, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
