Position Details
- M-F, 9-5
- Location: 2000 Walton Road, St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, and email, with a focus on providing accurate and friendly assistance.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, addressing their questions about product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and warehouse, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech products and company policies to offer accurate information and make product recommendations based on customers' needs.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback on improving workflow, efficiencies, and quality of work.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a tech-related industry.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Team mindset -- meaning you understand how your work impacts all others, and vice versa
- Dedication to high quality work, with an eagerness to understand why we do what we do
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
