We are a robust and inclusive, AAHA accredited, 3 doctor practice located in the heart of Rochester Hills. Our goal is to strengthen the human-animal bond through progressive diagnostics, client education, preventive veterinary medicine, and compassionate animal care. We offer the latest in diagnostic medicine and treatment, including digital whole body and dental x-rays, on-site laser therapy, an in-house laboratory and a fully equipped surgical suite. • Your position would include: Greeting clients, responding to questions; processing incoming and outgoing patients, and handling payments. Answering phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitoring client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalating complex matters to senior staff

About You:

• You take pride in providing outstanding client service.
• Quick on your feet, you are a dynamic and efficient worker who contributes to the operation of the entire hospital, helping to get all the day’s duties done
• You love to have fun but also know when it’s time to get down to business. You are energized by the satisfaction of a job well done.
• Experienced in a call-center position preferred. Veterinary Hospital experience would be a huge plus!

Anticipated Schedule (TBD):

• Full-time and Part-time positions available (rotating Saturdays are required)
• Schedules vary and may depend on how the day goes.
• Our Hospital is open:
• Mon & Weds: 8am – 7pm
• Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
