Title: Account Specialist/Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: Based on Qualifications and Experience
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 7:30 – 5:30 (To Be Determined Upon Hire)
Account Specialist will respond to customers via email and phone, enter orders, provide quotes and delivery information, process and follow up on orders, as well as expedite material from the factory to customers and sales representative as required.
Responsibilities
- Interacts frequently with customers, channel partners, agents, subsidiaries, management and other departments as necessary.
- Maintains a positive problem-solving approach and positive relationships within the team environment. This position supports all GMP initiatives establishing customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and corrective and preventative action.
- Creates reports to share information and knowledge as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
