As a growing company, we're passionate about delivering exceptional products and service to our clients. We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our busy sales department while also serving as a liaison with our marketing team.
Job Description:
- Assist our team as an initial point of contact for clients reaching out to us via phone, webchat, or email
- Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing clients to the appropriate sales representative or department
- Assist in creating and maintaining email templates and communications through our CRM software (experience with HubSpot or marketing CRM preferred)
- Follow up with clients after their initial orders to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Work with the marketing team to post blogs and marketing content across our social media platforms
- Communicate major updates with our clients in a modern and efficient way
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales Support roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client interactions
- Experience with social media management and content posting is desirable
