Customer & Sales Administration Coordinator
tarte cosmetics is seeking a Customer & Sales Administration Coordinator who will collaborate with the Executive Director & cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience through tarte DTC channels (e-commerce, TikTok Shops, etc) as well as global field sales teams. This position acts as support for all aspects of Customer Service to support tarte's overall business goals while achieving consumer excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct Customer Service support to users of tarte's DTC and social platforms
- Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of sales and customer programs
- Monitor customer contacts/orders/returns daily, while partnering directly with cross-functional partners to solve issues
- Help identify and troubleshoot customer-related issues and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly KPI/SLAs Customer Service reporting ensuring our third-party partner is maintaining Tarte's target and productivity expectations
- Enter, retrieve and analyze data using Excel and other data management systems
- Execute gratis orders for Customer Service and field teams as needed
- Provide sales admin and reporting support as needed to Global field sales teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in contact center/Customer Service experience required
- Working knowledge of social media trends and platforms highly preferred
- Beauty or retail experience preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills including exceptional written and interpersonal communication
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Pro-active in resolving queries and problems and highlighting future potential areas of risk
- Ability to work flexible working hours that fit business needs
