Core Role: The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience through the efficient management of the field technicians installation and service work order schedule.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Schedule installation and service appointments
- Technician dispatching and support
- Inbound and outbound communication to customers and technicians
- Identify and requisition necessary parts
- Provide pricing on parts and services to customers
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Degree/GED
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Able to anticipate, resolve, and prioritize workload
- Able to use mapping software and vehicle tracking systems
- Experience with using computer based software and multi-line phone systems
- Willing to work both independently and aspart of a diverse team
The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have The Following:
- Prior service trade scheduling and dispatching experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Aptitude for electronics and technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
