Varinder Rathore, MD PC is a very busy Psychiatric office located in Fishkill, NY. We have six (6) providers and offer medication management and addiction services. We are looking to hire two (2) people for our office to assist providers and answer phones, field questions and make appointments. Knowledge of EMR (ECW) a plus but will train.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service, answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, assisting provider, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to provide solutions to customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Answer phones/triage calls
- Work via Electronic Medical Records (ECW)
- Provide customers with appointments.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Maintain customer records in a database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issue.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
