Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service - Data Entry Specialist in Valencia, CA!

As a Customer Service - Data Entry processor you will:
- Monitor high-volume e-mail
- Enter quotes and monitor for customer approval
- Convert Quotes to Sales Orders upon approval, updating dates and quantities as necessary
- Invoice orders upon shipment
- Research and clearly communicate on customer questions regarding orders, shipments, discrepancies or damage
- Manage and fulfill all backorders on a daily basis
- Provide ETA’s on backordered items
- Manage ongoing relationships with customers
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Field Sales, Warehouse, and Regulatory, to provide prompt, accurate service
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer) – Helpful
- NetSuite (or similar ERP application experience)
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
