Customer Service Representative (Wholesale Industry)

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to retail accounts via phone and email.
- Utilize fast typing skills for efficient order and Data entry.
- Multitask effectively by handling phone calls while creating invoices.
- Utilize Quickbooks and Excel for invoicing and data management tasks.
- Communicate with UPS for claims resolution and handle client inquiries.
- Respond promptly to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- No cold calling involved; focus on assisting existing clients and resolving issues.
- Ensure accurate spelling, grammar, and attention to detail in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members to update customer order lead times.
- Utilize Windows/PC-based systems for day-to-day operations.
- Perform light warehouse duties such as managing UPS labels and assembling boxes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Genuine desire to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Quickbooks and Excel.
- Ability to work with a calendar and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
