Summary of Position: This Customer Service/Data Entry position will support the office staff by answering phones, scheduling/dispatching calls, and entering detailed information into databases correctly. This position provides courteous and clear Customer Service, with follow up to make sure the customers questions are answered and the job cycle is complete from start to finish.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Data Entry of all invoices with great attention to detail.
Answer phone lines, schedule and dispatch calls.
Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents for several departments.
Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed.
Maintain a neat and orderly office area.
Participate in the shared team effort that it takes to be successful as a team and company.
Additional Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Highly organized, good at problem solving, and clear interpersonal skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical computer experience a plus.
Light accounting skills preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass drug test before starting including marijuana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
