Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. Responsibilities: - Enter data into computerized systems with speed and accuracy - Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system - Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files - Perform basic math calculations as needed - Transcribe information from source documents into computerized systems - Assist with order entry tasks as required Experience: - Previous experience in data entry or administrative role preferred - Proficient typing skills (at least 50 words per minute) - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with pivot tables - Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong organizational skills We offer competitive pay rates for this position.
