Overview:
We are a business in food industry and We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create invoices for orders
- Communicate/confirm/arrange orders/deliveries with the customers
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Chinese
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
