We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer information in our databases, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
```Responsibilities:```
- Collect and enter customer data into our systems with a high level of accuracy
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
- Utilize pivot tables and other tools to analyze and organize data
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with databases and basic understanding of data management principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for data verification purposes

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
