```Duties```
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with policy adjustments, billing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
```Qualifications```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with outbound calling is preferred
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
