Job Description:

As a CRS Dispatcher at A2B Plumbing LLC, you will be the crucial link between our customers and field technicians. Your primary responsibilities include managing incoming service requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating dispatch to ensure timely and efficient resolution of plumbing issues. Additionally, you will communicate with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain positive relations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be adept at using scheduling software, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers.

Schedule plumbing appointments and dispatch field technicians efficiently.

Coordinate with technicians to optimize schedules and address urgent issues.

Communicate with customers to provide service updates, arrival times, and resolution details.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize service delivery.

Monitor and update job statuses, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and computer applications.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: $28,674.00 - $476,066.00 per year
