Requirements:- Arrange appropriate transportation of product by mapping out delivery routes for the drivers based on order of importance
- Working with the logistics team to improve service
- Assisting customers with parts purchase/payment in the office
- Inspecting product for Quality Assurance
- Warranty resolution
- Assist customers with shipping inquiries
- Close out duties
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Pretty much being awesome at being you- since you live to service that customer!!
- This position will require not just working at a desk all day. You will also be required to be in out of the warehouse retrieving parts for walk in customers
- The ability to work every other Saturday is required
Qualifications: Just be amazing! We would love people with automotive experience to apply, but the best qualifier- is being the best at what you do!
