Monday - Friday from 8am till 5pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
- Build and maintain connections with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business and develop relationships
- Ascertain the type of part, fixture, or supply needed
- Inspect worn, damaged, or defective parts to determine replacement required Informs the customer of part needed according to the description of malfunction or customer’s expressed need
- Responsible for Pro-keep orders and communication through the program
- Maintain general understanding of part or fixture stock number and price, through training or reading online/catalog
- Find solution for customer orders through substitution or modification of part when a part is not available
- Pick and fulfill customer orders from stock using radio frequency gun (RF gun) technology
- May process orders or inquires over the phone
- May assist with loading customer orders on delivery trucks
- May handle products returns
- Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- 1 year of related experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
