About the Job:

• Excellent customer service is always top priority.
• Dispatcher has to be able to prioritize
• Switchboard operator experience
• Ability to handle a large amount of multi-line phone traffic, radio transmissions
• Experience with 911 emergency calls and contractor (access) calls
• Able to learn and monitor CCTV which includes 350+ cameras across the utility
• Able to learn and monitor card access system which includes alarm systems
• Remote access control- opening gate and across the utility sites
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Rapid Response to Alarm alerts

About the Qualifications:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 6 months security experience, law enforcement, or military
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Must have a state security license or ability to obtain one***
• Must be at least 18 years of age due to the contractual obligation for non-driving security posts or 21 years of age for security posts that operates a company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if security posts operate a company vehicle.
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
