CRO & E-Commerce Manager

The CRO & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing efficient strategies to drive growth and to deliver a rich digital brand experience for a set of brands. This position is a hands-on role responsible for the management of all aspects of eCommerce initiatives.
Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored e-commerce strategies and campaigns for a set of brands in the portfolio, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners (Brand, Growth, Creative, Retention). From customer journey mapping to landing page development, QA, and optimization, you’ll also have the ability to impact the product offering and pricing.
- Roadmap & Growth Planning: Create a clear vision and strategic plan for your brands, including conversion modeling, roadmap development, and identifying new opportunities to fuel growth and increase customer lifetime value.
- Conversion Optimization and Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of funnel metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance user experience and boost conversion.
- Cross-Brand Synergy and Best Practices: Facilitate knowledge sharing and the implementation of best practices, fostering a collaborative environment that leverages shared insights for mutual growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with each brand’s unique goals across multiple verticals.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong skills in analyzing data, user behavior, and sales performance to make informed decisions. Proficiency in using analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
- Conversion Rate Optimization Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRO best practices, A/B testing, user experience (UX) design, and customer journey mapping to optimize website performance and increase conversions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and present strategies and performance reports in a clear and compelling manner.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (Plus preferred). Comfortable manipulating data from web analytics tools (MixPanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools (Looker, PowerBI). Hands-on experience implementing A/B and multivariate tests.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Being adaptable to the fast-paced agency environment and proactive in solving problems as they arise, ensuring smooth operation of e-commerce initiatives.
- Seasoned eCommerce professional with 5+ years in eCommerce management.
- Experience in CPG, DTC, Consumer SaaS or associated field is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
