E-Commerce Store Manager With Comprehensive Data & Vendor Expertise

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce Store Manager who is well-versed in various facets of e-commerce, including data management, marketing, and vendor relations. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operation of our Shopify store, ensuring a stellar customer experience and streamlined workflow.
• Handle data with CSV, Excel, and databases expertise, ensuring accurate and efficient product data management.
• Conduct bulk uploads and downloads, adeptly managing data and settings within the Shopify environment.
• Utilize Shopify's marketing channels effectively, coordinating with the marketing team to enhance our store's visibility and sales.
• Ensure product imagery adheres to high-quality standards, aligning with our brand's visual guidelines.
• Analyze store performance using various metrics, identifying trends, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Engage in vendor relations, managing communications, negotiations, and partnerships with suppliers, drop shippers, and wholesalers.
• Develop and execute drop shipping and wholesale buying strategies, negotiating terms that benefit and align with our business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, strongly focusing on e-commerce. In lieu of a degree, possession of five years of multifaceted experience running large online stores.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce store management with Shopify.
• Proficiency in data management, including experience with CSV, Excel, and databases, specifically related to e-commerce applications.
• Skilled in bulk data management and familiar with the technical aspects of Shopify platform management.
• Knowledgeable about Shopify's marketing channels and experienced in digital marketing strategies.
• Competence in maintaining high-quality photo standards for online product presentations.
• Proven experience in vendor relations, including drop-shipping and wholesale buying negotiations, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs, turning insights into effective operational strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
