As the CRM Adoption Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess the needs of the sales force and utilize tools, processes, and facilitate ongoing training for all skill levels, advanced sales skills, and advanced CRM technical training. You will be a key stakeholder in CRM adoption and strategy across Sonepar USA. In this capacity, you will help drive the adoption and ongoing usage of the toolsets required to achieve our AX vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum work experience requirements:
- 5+ Years of CRM experience.
- 5+ Years of creating and conducting sales training.
- 1+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products required
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Up to 50% travel required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in the electrical industry highly preferred
- Sales experience preferred
Compensation: $83,500.00 to $110,000.00 plus 15% bonus potential
