Job Description
As a member of our team, you will have an impact on our clients through the accomplishment of the following responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of the Foster Care team to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of the foster children during the time they are placed in a Noble Children's Services foster home, as outlined in each client's plan of service;
- Participate in regular supervision and support with the client and foster parents during home visits and telephone contact as required by NCS and state licensing policy and procedures;
- Timely and thoroughly complete all necessary admission and monthly assessment paperwork, and plan and complete discharge paperwork, when needed;
- Develop, monitor, and review with clients their Plan of Service designed to increase strengths, address needs, and reduce conflict in the home;
- Communicate with DFPS and other members of each child's service team by email and telephone.
Requirements:
- Must be socially perceptive to work with individuals who have difficulty expressing their needs;
- Must be organized and practical;
- Ability to compromise, negotiate, and work well with others.

Our agency serves not only children and youth with basic care needs, but those with autism, developmental/intellectual disorders, emotional disorders and primary medical needs.
