OPERATIONS MANAGER:

Oversee daily functioning of our cat Adoption Centers to ensure the health and safety of the cats in our care. The position requires availability to fill in for caregivers at any of our locations in the event a staff person or volunteer is unable to work their shift. Must be willing to do "hands on" tasks.

ADOPTIONS MANAGER:

Schedule regular adoption events and work them, if necessary. Work with Foster Home Coordinator to have healthy cats at adoption events and at our adoption centers. Train new Adoption Advisors. Ensure completion of pending adoptions.

FOSTER HOME COORDINATOR:

Help recruit new foster homes. Maintain spreadsheet of all active foster homes and cats in their care. Ensure vet care and vaccinations are current. Coordinate food and supplies as needed. Must be available to visit foster homes to ensure a safe environment for the cat(s), review procedures, and train as necessary. The ability to administer vaccines, prescribed medicine, etc. [or willing to learn] is a must.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:

Recruit and train new volunteers. Maintain regular contact with all volunteers. Schedule volunteers at each of our locations. Availability to fill in is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
