As a Manager, Product Management (PEP), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. Reporting to the Senior Director of Property Product Management, you will support projects that enhance the team member experience with PEP, Hilton's new Property Management System (PMS). Your work will help accelerate the deployment of PEP to all hotels, find new solutions that improve user satisfaction, create operational improvements on property, and enable hotels to better serve guests. This role is based in a Hilton corporate office or can be remote.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Create a product roadmap for the PEP Training pod that aligns to the overall PEP Roadmap
  • Write top-notch business requirements and see them through refinement, technical development, and into production
  • Define and present new training strategies to technical and non-technical partners
  • Pinpoint customer needs (guests, Team Members, owners) to help define and prioritize product features that create the most impact
  • In partnership with the research and L&D teams, stay abreast of new and emerging learning strategies for technology products
  • Partner with technology (infrastructure, security, etc.) teams to understand technical requirements for training products and incorporate into overall pod roadmap
  • Develop deep expertise in Hilton's new Property Engagement Platform

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with deployment, training, change management, and other areas to define an enhanced training process from initial product onboarding through steady-state

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Lead a pod of technical, business, and design resources focused on a specific aspect of PEP.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of work experience in product, customer experience, technology, or related field
  • Product Management experience
  • Experience building onboarding strategies for technology products, creating Digital Adoption Platforms, or similar experience
  • Travel up to 40%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in learning and development
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Experience working with global, remote teams in an agile environment
  • Existing knowledge of PEP or other similar hotel PMS
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
